Social Media planning and distribution were - HANDS DOWN - the activity that took me the longest for my podcast. AI takes a fair first-pass, but each post needs to be revised and reworked, different platforms need different takes on the content or post length, and the scheduling of what is posted when needs to be just right.
So I made some major revisions to the Promotions tab.
The new Campaign Builder takes a single episode and generates a full social media campaign across every platform you use. LinkedIn authority posts, Twitter threads, quote graphics, newsletter outlines, carousel plans.
Pick what you want, set how many days you want the campaign to run, and hit generate.
About 30 seconds later you get as many posts as you want, laid out on a calendar. Edit any of them inline, approve the ones you like, delete the ones you don't, schedule them, done.
...but there's one more (powerful) feature under-hood...
The system pulls your last 8 published posts per platform and uses them as a style reference before generating anything new. For example, my LinkedIn voice is specific: short paragraphs, conversational not corporate. The AI knows that now because it's read my actual posts.
The best part of putting the work in is, as your posts are tailored to suit your voice, the auto-generation gets better over time. Every post you edit teaches it what "you" sounds like. After a few campaigns, my rewrites are getting shorter and shorter.
I've already got ideas as to how we'd expand this to make posting even easier, but for now, the Campaign Builder is live now for all plans. Give it a shot and see how close the voice matching gets on the first try!
