Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the ShowMuse website and application (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “Service” means the ShowMuse website, web application, tools, and features.
- “User Content” means any audio, video, text, images, thumbnails, transcripts, or other materials you upload or create within the Service.
- “AI Features” refers to optional "assist" features available within the workflow for planning, details, clip, thumbnail, or other such assistants powered by AI/ML.
2. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or access someone else’s account without permission. ShowMuse may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
3. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of your User Content. By uploading or creating content within the Service, you grant ShowMuse a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transcode, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You agree not to upload copyrighted material you do not have rights to, illegal content, or harmful code. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
4. Use of AI/ML as Assistants
ShowMuse does include features that utilize AI/ML which are meant to serve as optional assistants to significantly speed-up planning, episode details, clips, thumbnails, and other tasks. The output from these models WILl NOT always be accurate or suitable for final use, and you agree to review any machine-generated material before publishing. For the in-browser editor (the free editor located on the main site), no audio or video is uploaded or stored - it remains local to your device.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, Buzzsprout, and others. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their respective terms and policies. ShowMuse is not responsible for downtime, errors, API changes, or issues caused by third-party services or connected accounts which absolutely will happen as these services evolve.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Pricing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month, unless cancelled. You may cancel your scheduled renewal at any time. Mid-cycle or prorated refunds will not be rendered unless required by law. If pricing changes in the future, we will notify users of any adjustments.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous access to the Service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occur. ShowMuse is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, delays, or issues caused by hardware, networks, or third-party providers.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also delete your Show and/or cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruptions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we will notify users through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
